We want you to feel comfortable shopping with HealthTree. This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for orders placed on gohealthtree.com.

1. Contact Us First

Please contact us before sending any item back. We will provide return instructions based on your order and location.

2. Return Window

You may contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

3. Eligible Returns

To be eligible for return, the item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

4. Opened Supplement Products

For health and safety reasons, opened or used dietary supplement products cannot be returned.

5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help with a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Please include photos of the package, product, and shipping label when reporting a damaged or incorrect order.

6. Return Shipping

If a return is approved for reasons other than damage, incorrect items, or our error, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility. We will provide the appropriate return instructions after reviewing your request.

7. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After a refund is processed, it may take 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the credit to your account.

8. Non-Refundable Items

Shipping fees, used products, opened dietary supplements, and items not purchased directly from HealthTree may not be eligible for refund unless required by applicable law.
